I've gotten the same thing, about National Disability that I've never made any contact with. I never answer but they leave voicemail with the whole spiel on it. Probably trying to get SSNs?
*Rude and belligerent *Refused to identify what business/organization he was calling on behalf of.
They called wanted to know my name. I asked why and who they wanted but he said I know who we called we just need you to verify your name before they could proceed with the call.
