Did not answer intentionally but researched this number and saw other complaints. Live in Louisville KY.

Whomever it is, he claims to be with an association for cops. Law Enforcement do not do this, so I hung up. I feel bad for those who fall for it.

Caller would not answer who was the called or company name was so I could do research on company. They just keep asking is this ( used my name). It sounded like a discussed voice. I hung up and will block allcalls from people or companies that want tell me who they are.

I can't say for certain that they are Scammers, but they do have some questionable behaviors. They are not a 501, the caller doesn't want to give you any info on the specifics of his organization, he's using some type of text to voice machine to speak to you, they will not remove your number from their call list when asked to, and will revert to a different number when you block them. If you try to press them for details about their organization so you can do some online research to check their legitimacy he will hang up on you. These do not look (to me) to be the actions of a legitimate outfit, and I will not donate to phone hobbyist - you're just inviting a world of unsolicited calls because they will call later for another group who hires their services and soon they will call all day long seeking donations for everything. You'll either go broke giving all your money away or crazy having the phone ringing off the hook!
