Not 100% sure this is a scammer as I decided to avoid selling to him, but he is listed as a scammer on other sites. Apparently uses a fake Paypal email. He also wants his items shipped to 6263 Highway 6 S, Houston Texas,77083 which is not a house but claim that is where he works. I would recommend avoiding this number.
