I got a call from them I refused to confirm who i am theybonly have my middle name and say they are a litigation firm which is a total lie its a scam
Scam caller... Called my number asking for someone other than myself, threatened that several complaints were filed against the individual. I'm not sure why these folks don't verify that they are calling the right # or person before airing someone's dirty laundry or casting threats to scare someone into replying. If it were me, I would never reply to such a business or caller.
I got a call from 407-686-1638 today and the electronic voice even not say my name correct and notify that I have a complaint about the claim. ( did not get the claim number). Very strange because any notification must be by regular mail and not a call. I contact the number back and no one picks up. I presume that is a scam.
The called threatening arrest against us for an outstanding matter. When you ask them what they matter is they won't give specifics.
Calls multiple times a day . When I answered the call they had the last 4 of my social and my first and last name. They said therec as a civil suit against me . They named 2 banks that I never did business with. They claim I got loans from them ! when they said I would have to go to court I hung up. I would have received a letter if I had a civil suit against me ! I' m far from on stupid !
The caller called my emplorere and then left message on my voicemail that said you have been notified and will proceed with legal proceedings
Threat to call your employer to garnish wages and proceed with legal action. Have received same call from several different numbers from different states.
