Caller identifies as "Katie with City of Dallas.... dotcom." Wants to speak with "the owner of the business". Wants to verify some sort of information. Sounds like one of the old yellow-pages scams where they try to record you confirming information which they they cut up and use to claim you've bought hundreds of dollars of advertising.
Sales call, very direct woman. It is not a valid business. She tries to "speak to the owner", and will use their first name.
