Male voice with a NY/NJ accent, speaking very forcefully, in a tone that seems intended to be aggressive / intimidating. "This is Mark Daniels, calling regarding your account with the office. Your account has become delinquent." Caller claims prior attempted contact via male and phone, then threatens to pursue "to full extent if the law." Leaves an 855 callback number. Better voice acting than the typical scam call - probably hiring wannabe voice over actors online. But no info that IDs alleged collector or intended recipient and it was a robodial to my work cell phone, which no actual creditor of mine would have, so - pretty clearly a scam.
Calls and gives reference number JDEC11246 states they have documents and that I need to call them back regarding the matter. SPAM, FRAUD. At least they have an English speaker so the fraud takes two extra seconds to detect.
Here was their message: If this is you, please press one now or hold for message. Over the past few years you may have been contacted about a legal breach of contract involving your social security number and bank account. Due to your unresponsiveness you have been scheduled for a phone interview with our firm to discuss your disposition and recourse off. Please contact us today to discuss the details of your case and your upcoming interview. Should we not hear from you at this time? We will be forced to enter your file and to automatic default. You can be reached at 888-836-6059. Thank you.
Calls multiples times a day, once in a while leaves a message that doesn’t say anything
Voice mail message started in the middle of the spiel requesting 2 forms of identification, and other types of versification. Don't know what they were selling or what they were trying to get me to do.
