Pretty much the same story. Caller ID said 3136348586, call back number was 2486053987. Made it sound like they were calling from DTE. When I figured out it was a solicitation I asked to be put on their do not call list and hung up. They immediately called back and have called back repeatedly. I blocked the number but I just get more calls from them using different numbers. Very aggressive tactics.

Got a call from 6163476231 but the return phone number was 2486053987. The first time she called her name Dayjon and the second time it was Lilly. Same voice. Same return number. No account through DTE
Received two calls from "Intherm" wanting to know about my DTE bill. Ridiculous. Left messages 5/5/21 (248-242-5102) and again 5/10/21 (947-214-6054)
Called saying they were from Ntherm and demanding our utility company info and said that I had signed up with them in January and they had been notified by our utility company that our service had been shutoff. Rude and aggressive.
got a call from "amber" with inTherm. saying she had been trying numerous times to reach our CEO and that he "was expecting her call".
Mario called from nTherm. Asked for me personally. I am the receptionist. When told I was not in the office he became very rude with my co-worker. Said he has tried at least 4 times to reach me about my gas meter. Demanded my co-worker give him my personal contact info and wanted it by the end of the day. I mean seriously?
Called pretending to be a DTE ENERGY gas supplier. Pretty rude and called from a blocked number.
Firstly it sounded like he was calling from a bar. It was so loud in the background. Asked for the man in charge who no longer is in charge here and he tried to tell me that i was wrong. Said he was from DTE and that he could lower our rates by giving him all our information. First said his name was Thomas and then at the end of the call said his name was Johnathan.

I also have been subject to nTherm's deceptive and/or aggressive sales practices, not honoring do-not-call requests, and incessant calling from multiple numbers to avoid blocks. I recommend that anyone having a similar experience file a complaint with the Michigan Public Service Commission. Ntherm is a regulated carrier.
