I actually never had a problem with the company they give fantastic customer service and are always available so I don't get scammed from the real scammers.So if you had a bad experience.I'm sure your still getting taken advantage of.
This is a con that preys on the elderly for technical support. Do not give them anything. Direct withdrawal especially.
