Caller ID said BPO Accenture. Marsha asked for a trucking insurance certificate when we were disconnected. I tried calling back multiple times, but you need a 7 digit extension number. There is no menu or contact list option when calling. Something seems fishy.. especially as they haven't called back for the cert.
Caller ID showed BPO Accenture. Left message using my name and said it was about an insurance claim!
