Reading over the other comments, we are experiencing same thing. They ask for owner, or in this case the first name of the president of our company, in a very informal way. When I said he wasn't in, he asked to speak to someone in Merchant Services. I said we hadn't anyone in that role in this office. He said he'd try back. He called back 3 minutes later. I hung up on him.
Same complaint as everyone else: they keep calling (several times daily) asking for owner and wanting to know if we received their mailing. I politely have asked to have our number put on the Do Not Call List and they will then argue that no such list exists and become quite rude. I have politely declined their offer and they continue speaking as if I haven't said a word .. one such time the caller spoke for over 2 minutes before stopping. These types of calls have to stop.
ID said calling from Huntersville, NC. Asked to speak to owner of company. I would not pas through call. Asked who was calling, said EPS and wanted to speak to someone in Merchant Services. I said she was out of town - was told they would call back. I googled and found this information so adding my experience
This number called our office twice this morning. First time we had questions like company name and a callback number said I needed to speak with her supervisor was "transferred" instead ended the call. Supervisor, Anthony, called right back and said we should have received their mailer and that they were expecting our call since we passed the risk assessment. He said the company was WCPS
Keeps calling our place of business daily for the last few days asking if we received their mailer. Have told them for the third time today to remove us from their call list. So annoying.
This number has called our office multiple times a day. When we tell him we are not interested and hang up. He calls right back..yelling that I don't understand. What he don't understand...is that I want him to STOP CALLING my office..
I have received 3 calls from this number ?+1 (704) 946-8594?. They stated their company name was EPS. I informed them I was not interested the first time and the Supervisor called me back to ask who was the owner. I told him I was and to please stop calling. He became frustrated and hu?ng up but they called back again today. Someone needs to stop them. The number states Huntersville,NC
caller asked to speak to the owner of the company; I politely told him that he was not in. Caller asked to speak to someone in Merchant Services. I told caller that person would NOT be the owner. Caller did not identify himself.
