Got a call saying they were from QuickBooks and that our account was inactive due to card declined. They sent an invoice through pay pal. Red Flag. Called QuickBooks and they did not send it nor do they send payment through Pay Pal.
left a message stating they are from AARS and want to hear from me or my attorney then stated an old city I lived in that they have been trying to contact me since April...
Left a voicemail “We have failed to communicate with your attorney by mail. We need to speak to you or your representation my phone before income and assets are verified”
received multiple calls from this number within minutes of each other. I didn't answer any and they just keep calling.
Siting approval for garnishment but cant give info, documents or creditor etc and accuses you of being rude if you ask for additional info. This is a sad job to have.
SCAM!! No one will ever call you and tell you your going to get served lol someone is getting rich of ignorant people
They left a THREATENING voicemail saying they are going to get some relatives and force my father to sign some documents. They have the wrong address thankfully. I called back and the same voice denied ever calling or knowing anything. But then proceeded to call me by my father's name thinking I was him. Reporting them to the Bay County Sherrif's Office with the voicemail and recording. They are MOB like criminals!!!
Company called stating they are delivering documents for a court date. First I’ve heard of debt. They refused to accept my new information, kept arguing and talking over me. Threatening to take me to court. I returned their calls. I don’t avoid my debts and I don’t hide from them. They continued arguing and would not take my new information. Very strange they wouldn’t want my new information if they are taking me to court. Heller was the name of the first one I spoke to them was transferred to a Director of Operations that was argumentive and wouldn’t stop talking over me!
