Threatened registration suspension if I didn't pay them within 3 days. Called original loan department and was told this is a scam and they had not sold my account to any third party! Guy who called me said his name is Charles Powell.

A guy by the name of Anthony Guterriez, states he is a lawyer. Threating to take me to court for a debt of why not lease it. was cursing at me when I asked him for his information to prove he is an actual lawyer. He hung up on me and proceeded to call my family members.

Called asking to pass along information to a family member states they were from Maricopa County, AZ court department. They are a scam do not give any information to them.

Threatened to revoke licenses, prevent us from registering vehicles, issue warrants, and sue if I did not send tracking info for the full amount due within one hour!
