Called saying I have a legal issue with Smith county. Said I need to contact them at a 855 number and give my case number. That it is a court issue to locate my resident. Would not give me any info on what the issue was about.

These peopke was calling me from the 9037811158 and they said that Smith County has issued a lawsuit against me. Had the nerve to tell me to call (844)4678376 after calling me private. That's when I Realized it was a scam. People get a job you will never win by scamming people.

These are American people being hired to scare/defraud fellow Americans with the threat of ignored warrants/lawsuits/legal action resulting in immediate arrest at your home or work. I knew immediately that it was a scam because I do not work. I am on SSI Disability.

I received a call today from this number saying that my case was going to be filed in the Smith,County Court house, if I didn’t contact them in time. Calls himself John White and threatened to call my employer and notify them and come to my job, since that’s most likely where I’ll be, he said he would get my address and come out here. It was very threatening
