Got the same BS call as all the others, by a company that DID NOT IDENTIFY themselves (which is illegal). Also, an obvious Auto Dialed and Pre-recorded/fake call (again, illegal). These people need to be hunted down and dealt with.

I've received the same call with the same message for 2 days. Definitely a scam and they've been blocked! I never requested info on a hardship program and I'm not out of work. So far, the numbers are 720-296-5926, 209-299-6673, and the callback # on the message left is 949-239-6266.

As with everyone else here, "Kayla" has been hard at work leaving a lot of people recorded messages about the hardship program. The first call was from (218) 215-1459 and the second call from (704) 266-3649. The messages were identical, asking me to call (949) 239-6266 along with an ID number for my account.

Received this call with the exact same recording from two different numbers within hours of eachother. 775-382-9798 and 772-773-8887. Kayla about Hardship program and left the phone number 949-239-6266 to call her back on her direct line.

Some stupid call from a Kayla about somr hardship program. Yeah nice try lady. Not falling for that crap.

Also received voicemail call from Kayla about Hardship. Left case number for me to call. Did not reply. Just deleted the call. I'm in Florida.

This is possible about the fedloan student loan

Call from a Kayla, stating she is calling about a hardship program. I did not reply. This appears to be a scam, she never left a business name or anything. She states to call right back while she has the information pulled up, and left a pin number.

As others stated received the same type of call from 949-239-6266 indicating my options for hardship program. I’ve never applied for such a program and this sounds to be a fraudulent and predatory scam call.

Definitely a CARONAVIRUS scam.
