Never leaves a voice message. I block the number however they just use a different #+1-954-388-3293, +1-954-388-3204, and +1-954-388-3206, and on and on. FTC is apparently a useless body.

I didn't answer and no message left. I looked up number online and it came up as Robo. Called back and it was a record line for a company called Helping Hand.
