American Lending called asking for my name. They said they were representing/from Regents Bank (probably loan by someone with my name). They wouldn't take no for an answer, even though I told them I was not that party, didn't make a loan by their client and don't know where they are (..and they persisted). I hung up after telling her that I will report them (...and they told me go ahead, do that). They have been harassing me for two weeks. I suppose, I'll have to call their state's attorney general, the BBB and other agencies to get them to stop breaking the law.
