This is Google SEO scam supposedly located in Baltimore. They call every day and will not take you off their list. They are looking to take your money.
When I get these on my landline, I pick up these unknown calls on speaker with the mute on. They hear nothing. Usually they hang up. I then look up the number on the web. I sometimes call back using *67 to block my number, and if they answer, I tell them to fuck off. In this case, I got a "non-working number" message.
