They actually started to leave a message but cut themselves off before wasting their time. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize unless they leave a message and then most times I don't call back. My Iphone transcribes the message left. If I can't read it, the number gets blocked. I use a Law Enforcement Phone and I can track IP addresses to these types of VOIP calls. Idiots. Besides, I don't have any money for anyone to steal, or scam from me.
Robo call from Christy on a recorded line will ask if you can hear her, don't say yes say anything else even if you do say yes the call will hang up, you'll get another call awhile later from a scammer, it's a fishing expedition to see if your number is good. I have gotten this call same robo message from different local numbers and always get a follow up later with a real person who has my info such as my name. Telling them not to call back or they have a wrong number is futile they continue to call back, I personally waste their time hoping I am obnoxious enough for them to remove my number. So far they have tried the Irs, immigration and SSI scams, telling them your deceased doesnt work either
