Just as Britt said above, this was a 5/3 issue from 14 years ago. During the time that 5/3 was repaired and find by the government for practicing unethical and predatory procedures on their clients. They had way too much info on me and claimed the sheriff's office was delivering a wage garnishment to my girlfriend's place of employment as well as my own. Sarah was the first person who I talked to, she sounded fat and very country, not to mention very undefeated and angry. I them some with someone named Amanda who at first seemed normal but soon turned into a name calling psycho. I called the sheriff's office in my country and they told me that this was a scam. I them called 5/3 and the representative explained to me that the old collection company they had originally sold their charge offs to went out of business and this was likely to be sooner type of people who inherited these (files) and trying to bully people into giving them money. Bottom line, they are crooks and you should just about talking to them.
I rec'd a call from this number claiming to be a Third Party Collector for a Law Firm. They said that I owed a debt from 2012 from 5/3 bank and I had supposedly been served the paperwork from the sheriff (which I never was). They had my social, former addresses, place of employment (I am an independent contractor), ex-husband and current husband's names, just way to much info for comfort. They wanted to pay off the debt with them before the law firm took over to save me some money. It was all very fishy. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!!!
Spam/Telemarketing - kept calling without leaving message. When I called the #, they wouldn’t identify the company they were with.
Comes us as Scam Likely on my phone. Five calls in one day with no messages left.
