calls and leaves no message

Scammer robo call

I keep getting calls from this phone number. Today it is Katie from Helping Hands. Then they ask if I can hear them okay, (just so they can get the affirmative "YES" so they can hang up and use my recorded "YES" to make unauthorized, recorded purchases.) I asked Katie if this was a recording or a live person. She said, well that's a funny question....is our connection bad? Again, waiting for the "YES" answer. So I said "NO". She hung up immediately. I then hit redial and someone named Joe answered and said he was with the Social Security Administration Disability Department (same phone number as before) and again, started out by saying "Can you hear me okay?" Again, I said "NO" and he hung up on me. This guy/company is portraying a Federal Government entity and should be stopped. Katie has called me many times before saying she was from the Hearing Advocacy Group....Can someone please make these people stop scamming people. Luckily I am smart enough to know not to say "YES" to any of their questions. That is the only word they are after, period. I have also blocked their numbers and then they just call from another number.
