I just got the same email earlier today. Crap..

same here she hacked my facebook account then 2 weeks later sent me an email to help her daughter find a place to stay. She needs to get caught!

I got literally the same exact email. I first got a text from the same number and then word for word the same email. Thank you.

I posted a rental unit, I got I text on Jan-28-2020 11:50 a.m. to my phone claiming the person (no name given) have a begotten daughter currently looking for a room to rent. Tell me to contact their begotten daughter via Email Pmaker963@gmail.com. So I looked up the email and the same email and phone number, same story come up. Thanks for reporting

I posted a rental unit, and I received a text from this phone number, claiming that they have a daughter who wanted to rent the unit. The person asked me to email the listing to the email pmaker963@gmail.com. The person answering the email sent me a scam asking for details on how to send a certified check to pay for the rental, without even seeing the unit. Here is the full email below: from Peace Maker on 1-20-20 at 1:18 pm Thanks so much for your quick reply I'm interested in renting the room.
