I got the same call from # 661 759-8675 and also the same party called from # 732-567-0602 ... Asking for birthdate, had my name. They stated they were the state and there was a complaint filed on me and I was facing some kind of criminal charges if I did not comply. I have not received anything in the mail specifying any of the above.
Claim there's a complaint against me, and want to serve me paperwork. Call themselves HR Dean & Assoc.

Asked if I wanted to sell my house. I don’t usually answer unknown caller numbers, but this number came up on both mine and my husband’s phones.
They called me from this number wanting to buy my house. They even knew my name! Since when did they start doing phone solicitations to buy your house?
