Complaints about Phone Numbers716-398-####

This number called my work asking for an employee that works here. When I said that she is unavailable, and asked if I could take a message, she responded "I'm not aloud to give out that information, tell her she needs to call back asap." But refused to give me a phone number to call her back at? Why is this person calling a company for an employee instead of just calling her personally? If you have the place where she works, than you can find another way of contacting her instead of her business of work.

Robocall trying to collect from a person that never had this number in the last 20 years. Can't block the call

Got one last week & called back out of curiosity. Woman was trying to collect on an old paid off cc. Got another call this PM, can't block the number????

Received same threatening call twice I called them back and the lady rambled off some of my personal information and stated that I owed on a phony credit card and must pay or I'll be served. I hung up on her because I don't owe money to any credit cards.

Got a voice message from Susan stating I'm contacting you in reference to legal allegations being filed against you. we are requesting a verbal statement from you. Failure to respond will result in a forfeiture of your right, and a process server will be contacted to have you served at your home or place of employment. Press 0 to speak with the mediator feel free to contact our office at 716-398-4123. You have been officially notified. No name of the business calling was left and I'm not calling back anyone after receiving this message. I am reporting this number to the Michigan Attorney General's office

I received the same call as described above twice. The first one coming in last week. Very disturbing.

I got a recorded call saying a legal complaint has been filed against me and if i dont respond process servers will be sent to my home work. I was instructed to speak with a mediator by pressing another button. The recording said failure to respond was a forfeiture of my rights. Call ended by saying you have been officially senotified or something to that effect. This is a scam.

Something about a legal complaint filed and threatened to send a server to my home or business. Call ended saying “you have been officially served”. This is a scam. Other reports I’ve read say the are demanding money to settle but cannot provide details about the original matter.

Robo call into our general mailbox at our place of business. The first part was cut off, probably because of our mailbox system. They repeated numerous times we must press 0 and to call 716-398-4123. Also added we have been officially served.
