Received a similar notification to the person who posted on 1/7/21. Nothing identifies the name of the company, but as we just refinanced our home, it's quite likely one of the dozens of places trying to sell mortgage insurance from which we're receiving mail almost daily. Even if you wanted it, would you trust a company which doesn't even identify itself in its mailings?
Received a letter stating that there was an important message regarding our mortgage. Googled the number and saw the messages above.
Got a letter giving my loan amount, closing date and bank name. The loan ID was the wrong number. Said they were trying to reach me regarding my mortgage, and call 844-457-3322, (not the correct bank phone number). Very scamy looking!
Got a letter giving my loan amount, closing date and lender. I'd was wrong. Said they were trying to reach me regarding my mortgage. Looks like a scam to me.
Got a letter in the mail with my county, closing date, loan amt, and lender but incorrect member ID. It stated they had been trying to reach me which was suspicious seeing how I log in every month to my account and know that my contact info is up-to-date. Also the mailing envelope didn’t look the same as the one my lender sends nor did it say it was from my actual lender with an address; just in regards to my lender. Just to be safe I immediately logged into my lender account to see if I had any unread notifications....None. Definitely a scam. Block the phone # and keep reporting that it’s a scam.

Oops, I called them back, and left my personal number to Microsoft's non-approved technical support lines in india. Will the scammers scamming the scammers keep both parties busy? Who knows.
