They try to get into your computer. They refer to themselves as tech assist and tell you that there are multiple intruders on your computer and that you need to let them in to take care of the problem. If they didn't have computer knowledge they would be out burglarizing.
This is a scam. They put software on your computer, try to charge you THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, harass you, and hold your computer hostage.

Left an automated message at 6:56 a.m. PST, called back and same 2 individuals kept picking up line. States they were sending a process server to my home, but dis not have correct address. Would not give business address, nor license number.
