Person asked for family member. When asked several times who was calling they went silent and would not answer but did not hang up or disconnect.

called today about 12 noon. did not pickup. said NRCC on ID...and SPAM??? took answering machine off.....pain in the arse...these stinking rotten robocalls. make no sense to have DNC ....????????
