They tracked a legal transaction and was trying to scam money from me, posing as Justice Department
I got a call from this number that was mostly just them grunting/clearing their throat for a full minute, then they played some elevator song for thirty seconds. I'm not even sure what they were attempting to do lol... Horrible spam bait.
I received a call from this number. David Carter. I won $850,000 in an American National Sweepstakes. All I had to do was to send him $500 to claim my prize.

Said his name is Jacob Brown from the Justice Department. Not sure what he wanted because I wouldn't give him any information.
From American Sweepstakes I am a lottery winner but I need to send 950$ cashier check for insurance on the winning prize because my state requires it. Then they will release the 475,000 prize. Very convincing also uses number 202 470-2912, 202 601-9274, 202 470-5467.
