I rec'd a vm from this number from an Elizabeth Claire, if I understood correctly. Said she was with Fraud Detection.
Got a message from Jen at 202-559-2630 - asking me to call back to they can get the structure settlement balance out to me so they can close this out. asked to call back as soon as possible at 202-559-2638
Called me looking for someone that is not even a family member and doesn't even live in the same state. No association with me, but still contacted me to reach this individual.

Got the same message from Dan today. Due to the exact same language and the short pause before the message starts, I suspect the message is pre-recorded. I can't tell whether it is a robocall or not.
