This number called me 8 times. I finally anwsered on the 9th call in one day. And i wasn't very nice about it. I couldn't understand what the man was saying. I told him to stop calling and he tried talking over me so I got mean and hung up. Right after I hung up he called me back to ask me what I said and I asked why he called back.he said it was because I was being rude. I got mean again hung up and blocked the number. 5 mins later the same number called. Didn't anwser it. I'm being harassed and don't know who to contact. Blocking the number does nothing. He has called me 3 times after blocking. Washington dc has called me a total of 13 times today with all different numbers
