On Dec. 12 & 13, 2018, received a call from a person, who says his name is David Wade from the Consumer Protection Agency for the FTC. He is handling my old father's sweepstakes win from the American Sweepstakes Company of $1.5 million. He stated all taxes and fees were taken care of but, I still need to pay for the registration fee to receive the money. He said the fees was $4,550.21 and that he would reduce it to $950, if I can give him a credit card number. I said I don't have access to one right now. So he told me to go to my bank and request a cashiers check for $950, and write it to Dexter Francois. Address: 1054 Winthrop Street Apt. 2F. Brooklyn, NY 11212. Then after that I need to go to the post office and send it overnight. After that I am to call him back at #1-202-836-9661 to give him the tracking #. I then told him that I will call him right back after I get the cashiers check from the bank and then call him from the police department so that they can ramp a big stick up his ass. He told me call the FBI too, which I said ok and did what he asked me to do. This guys speaks with an accent and I pressed him on it, by making fun of his accent...which he then laughed and confessed that he forgets sometimes about his Spanish accent. So can help the police know that this guy is possibly of Spanish decent. Other number from Washington, DC that called is 1-202-866-7822. When will these mutts learn there lesson. Come on law enforcement, these guys can't be that hard to catch. Their game is sooooo weak, I almost have to catch myself from laughing at them.
