This # called today & left no message, calls to this # is on THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY,but does not stop them. Have had MANY calls from the 202 area code. you block they call back. Its a scam or survey. Mostly scams here lately about lowering your credit card rate & want you to press #1 or # 2 that they will not bother you again,basically,which is a farce. They call & call, when there are this many #', they just change them & keep calling & has been going on for years. Its time for somebody to stop these scams & crooks,surveys, free trips, IRS, they just want to find out your info. When you do not know who it is & do not answer the phone, they just keep trying. The land line phone has been out for 5 1/2 days before carrier would even get it fixed, so I am sure they called during this time frame & the phone just gurgle & cut them off. Never say yes, & NEVER give your name or admit if they say your name! This country & international are ALL full of cons trying to steal from you. The #'s that call all the time was never given to them,so they have no business calling. Once you answer,it will make it worse,do not make them mad or they will set a robo to call 6 or 7 times a day! The crazy calls will start about election & then its really bad. Just BEWARE! Also,NEVER pay to find out who it is,I have wondered about that! CID showed WSHNGTNZN 1 DC, skipping vowels. If you answer play & give them ALL FAKE info if it sounds like a scam,survey because all they may have is just your name from the telephone directory & that is all,they know! See this advertisement(below) that shows Brilliant company disrupting a $200 billion industry,that is a farce & fraud! They change it to a lot of small towns & its just a lie! Also crooks can hack into any # & use their name for a short while. They all need to be reported!
