Said it was US Government call. Requested my number be deleted and the man said no...foreign voice.....sounded Asian. How can I stop these calls?

Called 8 times to my phone. Middle Eastern female and male. I asked them to stop calling. Male called me a F*&**&& A(**((* and hung up. When one says hello a recording of people in the background comes on.
