(202) 891-0509 --- This is only one number of a series used by a scam group located in Washington DC offering a $9,000 government grant ("no strings attached"). I assume they make their money by charging a fee for setting up this phony "grant" --- They use the following numbers (starting with (202) 891 ) -- Others who have engaged in conversation with the callers have been subject to cursing, profanity and anger. Ignore calls from 202 - 891.... This bunch is a prime nominee for a SWAT raid. other numbers used include : 202-891-4734 / 202-891-6457 / 202-891-7463 / 202-891-1734 / 202-891-1753 / 202-891-7369

Some foreign guy calls and it takes about 3 or 4 seconds after saying hello before he responds. Then he gets really irritated when you question what he is calling your number for. When I laughed, he said "Why you laugh?" and I said, "Cuz you have the wrong number, dude." And he responded with "So I call you so you can laugh at me?" And I said, Yeah. "Cuz you're funny" (at this point I could smell a scam, so why not play for a minute, right?). So he then tells me "SHUT UP!" and starts mumbling some other gibberish so I laughed and said "Ok" and hung up. He tried to call me again on another number from the same area and I blocked it too.
