This number has called me consistently throughout this month. I am normally at work, and so I just hit "cancel" call. I actually got a call yesterday about 5:30 so i answered. There was a male voice laughing and talking when I said "hello". He never responded to to at all and 16 seconds later, he hung up. I could hear talking in the background the entire time, but no conversation to me. I had a total of 4 calls from this number 10/23and so I blocked it. I also have had numerous calls from 202-590-7943, 202-897-3674 and 202-795-3496. When you call any of these numbers, you get an auto recording that says: "Thank you for your call. All of our agents are busy, please try your call again later." I have blocked all of these numbers!
