The person called and said he is from the university of California, and that I have been selected for a scholarship. He also said that I applied last year. When I haven’t applied, he even knows my email address. I don’t know from where did he find my number. When I am not in the US, he even knows I am in Qatar. He also informed that he would send me the information through my email.
