When I answered the phone they asked if this was "my name" - when I said yes, then they hung up on me. Coincidentally, or not, approximately 5 minutes later I was ambushed by 2 undercover, plain clothed officers in unmarked vehicle (s). 1 whom pointed a gun at my head. Within minutes I was leaving in utter shock, total disbelief & traumatized beyond measure. Their explanation? "Sorry, thought you were someone else." This was in the afternoon on June 17th, 2019. Not sure if the call was related to the life altering incident. Good luck, folks.
