Caller id came up as Portfolio Recovery. One of their many phone numbers they uses.
Every once in a while, a call is received even though the number is blocked. Doesn't ring and no message either. Just appears in incoming listing.
Got an early morning call from this number and all she would say is this is Stephanie (something. — maybe Stephanie Brian) she wouldn’t say what she wanted. Then I said “it’s 7:00 on the morning and she said “ok ma’am this isn’t a good time” and hung up. I’m going to say telemarketer. But she asked for me by name. This wasn’t the first time she called either.
