Ther called to inform me my product arrived and I had till 5pm to pick it up. But no advice on where to pick it up. They left a number to call to possibly ask all sorts of personal information to steal my identity. This needs to stop

I received a call from 1-205-475-9997 they claim to be my Network provider and state call them back at 205824-2448 talk to Grant Ward?? They are not my Network provider state they are going to bill me $1500 a year.
They call me claiming to be my Network provider and that they are billing me $1500 for the next 3 years of service????
Get this call everyday two or three times a day. Spam. Please stop these calls!!
