A scam collection said we owe AT&T over $1000 and wanted credit card info. This is the third time in the last year they have called and I requested a copy of the actual AT&T bill each time. They emailed me a password protected document that our network firewall blocked for "unknown" sender/possible virus. Said they are Credence Resource Management, and "Mike Dawson" was the caller and clearly English is not his native language. Lots of other people speaking in the background so he was at a call center in India or somewhere overseas. I called AT&T and the "account" number was not valid, of course.
I receive lots of calls from this number. No message left. Even though I blocked number I can still see how many times they call. Its endless.
I've blocked this number several times, but it keeps getting through, and leaves a recording about this being my last chance to get a neck/back brace, or something similar.
