Got unwanted call from 205-623-0602?
Me too, spoofed local number robocall to call this number back
I get robo call from various spoofed local numbers telling me to call this number back with absolutely no information at all. I've filed several complaints with the Do Not Call Registry.
Robo call from a spoofed number telling me to call 2056230602 back.
I get this call about once every 2 or 3 weeks. Recording asks you to hold to be connected to a representative (twice). Then it says that it cannot connect you to a representative and asks you to call 205-623-0602. I have never called. I figure that a legitimate party would at least identify itself by company name and ask for me by name. I have no friends, family or business contacts in Alabama, so I know it is a scam.

MRS Associates, a debt collector. I returned their call, they said they were collecting for the town of Quartzsite, AZ on a traffic ticket from 2008. Yes, a 12 year-old traffic ticket that I KNOW I paid. Haven't verified with the court that the information is valid, so I'm not sure if this company isn't just buying old debt to collect on.
