So my phone rings I dont answer but while it is ringing it shows a little circle like in a Facebook profile that looks like my son so I still answer it I chose to text to find out who it was and no answer .. So I call it and it says it is dialing never does and so I google the number and this is were it lead me . its funny after looking up a 469 number because of many calls since march 17 I made a complaint in a comment box that number stopped calling and now I am plaqued with this phone scam .
