My 90yo mother got a call claiming to be from Amazon support - (206) 279-0057 Sanjay ahuja - senior software development engineer. "Long phone call with Amazon. About a $729 charge to my account..... I don't really understand their reasoning. Two really nice men talked with me for a long time. Carlos Rombaldo and Sanjay Ahuja." she was told "get a target gift card for $500. because Amazon is providing you the $500 refund back. The charge of $729 will be removed by Amazon. after getting the target gift card". She gave them her debit card number when they asked for it.
Parents received multiple calls (from Molly & Mulligan) stating that they are from Amazon Support Group in Daytona Ohio. Stated that someone is using my name to charge $729.00. March 21, 2021
Got a call from 206-279-0057. They tried to get me to download a software on my phone that allows them to take control of your screen.
