A man named John told me I was going to be billed $299 to my account for the geek squad. He told me to use a computer and he would walk me through it and tell me how to disable the billing from a credit card company. When I asked him who initiated the sale he said a credit card company initiated the sale. When I asked him to please give me the details about how this came about, he hung up on me. When I told him that my husband would call him back he did not like that he told me that I needed to help him
