called my cell phone from Washington (State). Did not answer. They left a very bad robotic message to call back to collect my Grant. I don't know anyone named Grant. ;-)

Someone (didn't listen to it, just got message transcript)left a message saying "I cannot reach you. Please call me urgent on same number +1-206-451-5863 and collect your grants money. Thank you." As I have recently applied for a grant, I called the number back. It was pretty apparent that this was not a legit person. Accent was so heavy it was difficult to understand and when I asked him to simply cut to the chase and tell me what i needed to do to get this "grant" he called me a "mother f****r, and said i should sleep on his balls! I asked if he was sure he was representing the govt as he stated earlier and he said "oh yes, but i won't represent a old bitch like you!" I would like to know how to get whoever this is shut down so they don't get a chance to rip someone off as well as make people like me unnecessarily angry!
