this number is definitely is a scam machine....they will not tell what corporate entity they are working for will only say "notification center" which obvious to any eighth grader is not a company name... When given off to "Bill Darby" he got hostile and defensive immediately when asked what company he is paid by.....When "managers" get hostile it is a sure sign you are being set up for a scam. He claimed he did not know that wire fraud is class one felony.

Random call from this number by 'Ashley' of the Notification Center Interchange Division, when I asked what this was about she gave me a case number and said they were calling to decrease processing fess on my credit card. Yeah right! I told her I didn't know what she was talking about and was busy at the moment so perhaps I call back later. She then gave me another number to call back to speak with her supervisor Bill Darby.
