Also it was not a recording. Voice knew my gov name. talked about a donation but hug up once having my name.

Got a call from 206-693-4047 I know it's the police dept that just got a tracking order on my phone. Now they can track where I am. I have a case against WSP. Kirkland did the same thing a couple years ago. A clerk dry snitched on the tracking order and why I got a call to donate to the police fund.
