This number originated from 1-833-674-1806, and yes, this was a tech support scammer. I gave this scammer access to my Virtual Machine while he was doing his "virus check-up" I used Wireshark to capture his IP address. The scammer IP: 103.44.53.214 these scammers are in Dadri, India. Another thing that the scammer tried to do was syskey me. I stopped him from doing it, then he tried to turn on my webcam, but thankfully the webcam is disabled; even if the scammer syskey me, I will still be able to run the Virtual Machine even without knowing their password I can go to one of the screenshots and everything will be back to normal. Lastly, as l looked up their IP there, ISP appeared to ISP: Nextia Broadband Pvt Ltd. There Organization's name appears as well as it is S.B. RESORTS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED. I am going to be looking up more information on these scammers.
