Got a call from 208-534-6203 saying it was the state of MD. Threatening to put a lean on my property and arrest my husband
They keep calling my old house number from years ago. and threatening my mom and telling them good luck. yet they can't provide any information
Threatened legal action and threatened to contact my Human Resources (I don't have one). Told me to call back immediately to avoid arrest.
This is yet another shady collection company using illegal tactics to scare people into paying an assumed debt. Its illegal because there is no way to confirm the debt is actually yours so calling and leaving messages is illegal. Against Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. **NO ONE NEEDS TO PAY ANY ATTN TO A 3rd Party Debt Collector!! You don't owe them the time of day!
