The number called and I let it go to voicemail, they left a 10 sec one with tv or radio playing in the background. No other sounds it was real sketchy

I answered the call to just tv playing in the background before they hung up on me. They called right after and said they were part of a program helping vets and asked me how my day was. I said “Good, how about you?” After repeating that twice she the woman said, “ Do you only speak Spanish or something”? While I tried to decide my words on telling her I don’t speak Spanish, she said “Uhh, whatever” and hung up. I don’t think my English sounds like Spanish even though I don’t speak Spanish. Found that funny but such a scam

Calls me multiple times daily. I blocked the number it was getting out of control. I never answered it so I am not sure what they wanted.

Claim to be helping vets but when asked where their website was at or any more information about how they're helping vets they just said they needed the money they called several times A-day for several days and when my husband said to stop calling they called him a fucken a******

Agreed that it was a call asking for donations for vets. However, they claim they don't take the money until they deliver whatever product you order (flags and such). I forget the organization they used...I seem to remember VME, but not sure that sounds right. It was a real person caller though, not a recording. I told her no thank you and she didn't press me too badly just asked when a better time to call would be and left it at that. I didn't ask for more info so I can't confirm whether they got squirmy over that like others have pointed out. I can't say whether it was a real or scam donation request or not based off my phone call but it sounded legit, I just have a hard time donating anything over the phone anymore. :(

Claims to be helping veterans. When queried for their identification, location, and financial statements, they panicked.

Will not stop calling at all hours of the days after several times telling them to stop calling and remove from list and then they call right back

spam call. They claim to be taking donations 'for the vets' but when asked for an organization name and address, they claim they can't give that info out for 'security reasons and it's the law'.
