The caller identified herself but when I asked what is the call for she answered "Do you understand English?" She do not know phone call respect. I returned call a few minutes and the answer was "The number you are calling is not allowed in this line. Please dial 611 for customer service or dial 1 800 331 0500 from a landline phone
called, left no message. I attempted to return the call and found that the number is spoofed and not in service

1-208-555-3969 called at 7:08 this morning, I didn't answer but the robo part-message was an Anglo woman's voice. If this number is from Idaho, they have contravened the Canadian CRTC as well as the FCC.
